Peter Stanford

(Managing Director)

Since starting coaching at 14 years old, Peter brings over 15 years experience to the organisation, working with schools, grassroots clubs and thousands of individuals, providing them with the platform to flourish, develop and achieve.

A specialist in delivering football, Peter is also well versed in delivering PE within schools, meeting national curriculum requirements.

Aged 16 Peter was one of, if not the youngest, academy scouts in the country working at Category 2 academy Brentford FC where he worked with some of the best coaches and players in the country. During this time Peter scouted numerous players who are still signed by Category 1 academies today. Shortly after this, Peter spent a season at Sutton United, helping build the academy in it's early infancy, recruiting numerous players into the programme.

At the age of 24 Peter founded LTB Coaching, a reputable sports coaching organisation based in Surrey, similar to Elev8, working with local schools, grassroots clubs and individuals providing professional coaching services. The same year Peter joined Staines Town FC and became Director of Football, leading him to become the youngest Director of Football in the UK at the time, during this time he also became the youngest manager in FA Cup history. Peter also successfully identified several players who have since gone onto sign professionally following their time at Staines Town, most notably Jacob Adams (Fulham) and Wraynel Hercules (Brentford).

Peter also has his own football agency - Evolution Sports Management, representing professional and semi-professional footballers and managers alongside working with an extensive list of professional and semi-professional clubs in the UK and across Europe.
